The Academy:

We currently have 3 sides, an Under 12s side, an under 14s side & an U16s side. Coached by our expert coaches, supported by Roy White our chairman of Junior Rugby & backed by the entire Committee at the Bulldogs. If you would like to get involved on training or match days please get in touch as we would love to hear from you!

Coaching Team:

The Academy are coached by a well run & knowledgeable coaching team to ensure that your children learn how to play rugby league in a safe & enjoyable environment. Following shortly will be a profile of all coaches

 

How much will it cost for my child?

We aim at the Bulldogs to make playing rugby as cheap as possible for all children involved. For just £20 per child they are provided with coaching at a venue specifically geared up for Rugby with coaches who have the juniors best interests at heart as well as insurance whilst playing. We will aim to keep these costs down by fundraising in various ways including quiz nights, raffles etc in this we ask support from all parents & Bulldogs.

When is training & what will they need?

Training is on Wednesday evenings, at 7:00pm/ All parents are welcome to watch or wait upstairs in the Bar area with Sky TV.

For training, the bulldogs need a gum shield, shorts & top to train in as well as moulded boots. Even though it is summer, it can sometimes be muddy at the kennel so bringing a washing stuff may be advisable.
JUNIOR BULLDOGS FIRST HOME GAME
 
The junior bulldogs have there first home fixture this Saturday 14th june.
Uner 12 and 14 kick of at 11am and under 16 at 12am.
Come along and watch them play.speak with the coaches and players after the game to find out more about why they enjoy playing rugby league.
